Die Auktionsplattform cnc-auction.de gewährt Nutzern die grundsätzliche Möglichkeit, anonym die eingestellten Versteigerungsobjekte und sonstigen Angebote einzusehen.
Für die aktive Teilnahme als Käufer auf der Auktionsplattform ist jedoch eine Registrierung erforderlich, bei der personenbezogene Daten von uns erhoben, gespeichert und verarbeitet werden. Dies sind im einzelnen:
- Namen und allgemeine Adressdaten
- Kontaktdaten: E Mail-Adresse, Telefonverbindung usw.
- Informationen, die zur korrekten Abrechnung unserer Gebühren dienen
- Informationen über Ihr Nutzerverhalten: Biet-, Kauf-, Verkaufsgeschichte und Verhalten
- Bewertungen Ihrer Aktivitäten durch andere Nutzer
- Zugriffszeiten ,IP-Adressen sowie angewählte Seiten und Angebote
- sog. Session-Cookies: kleine Informationsdateien, die auf Ihrem Rechner abgelegt werden und nach dem Ausloggen automatisch von Ihrem Computer gelöscht werden.
Diese "Cookies" sind für eine ordnungsgemäße Funktionalität unseres Internet-Angebotes nötig. Die Ablehnung von Cookies durch entsprechende Einstellungen in Ihrem Browser beeinträchtigt die Nutzung, insbes. die Nutzeridentifizierung auf unseren Seiten. - von Ihnen zum Verkauf angebotene Objekte mit allen dazu angegebenen Informationen
Grundsätzlich werden die von uns erhobenen Daten nicht an unbefugte Dritte weitergegeben oder veräußert. Dies gilt nicht, falls wir aufgrund gesetzlicher Regelungen zur Weitergabe der Daten verpflichtet werden.

Mit der Nutzung der Internetplattform "cnc-auction.de" erkläre ich mich mit folgendem einverstanden:
- Erhebung, Speicherung und Verarbeitung von personenbezogenen Daten zur Durchführung des Kundenverhältnisses zwischen mir und CNC-Auction.de. Dies schließt die Nutzung sog. "Cookies" ein.
- nach Beendigung einer Auktion bzw. Annahme eines Angebotes Weitergabe meines Namens, der Postadresse sowie insbesondere der EMailadresse an den Käufer bzw. Verkäufer zum Zweck der Vertragsabwicklung
- Erfassung und elektronische Übermittlung von detaillierten Nachweisen zwecks Abrechnung der entstandenen Gebühren
- Nutzung der personenbezogenen Daten für Marketing und Information, insbesondere durch den Versand von Newslettern in Form von EMails durch cnc-auction.de
Mir ist bekannt, daß ich nach dem Einloggen unter: Meine Daten - Konto-Konto-Details - Account-Daten ändern - angeben kann, welche EMails ich von cnc-auction.de erhalten will. - der Veröffentlichung des "Feedbacks", d.h. der von anderen Nutzern über mich abgegebenen Kommentare und Bewertungen, auf cnc-auction.de, allerdings nur unter meinem Nutzernamen.
- Weitergabe von Daten zur Verfolgung und Aufklärung von mißbräuchlichen Nutzungen unserer Plattform an Behörden und geschädigte Dritte
- Weitergabe von Daten an Dritte, z.B. Inkassobüros und Rechtsanwaltskanzleien, zur Durchsetzung von Zahlungsansprüchen der cnc-auction.de.de
- Datenspeicherung und Übermittlung, soweit dies durch gesetzliche Reglungen gefordert wird.
- Nutzung der gespeicherten Personen- und Nutzungsdaten zur Aufdeckung und Verfolgung von betrügerischen bzw. rechtswidrigen oder vertragswidrigen Nutzungen unser Plattform. Dies schließt insbesondere die Prüfung und Nutzung der angegebenen Telefon- und sonstigen Kontaktdaten ein.
- Veröffentlichung der Auflistung aller von mir zum Verkauf angebotenen Objekte auch nach Auktions- bzw. Angebotsende hinaus unter meinem Nutzernamen.
- Mir ist bekannt, dass zur Vertragsabwicklungen mit Dritten diesen mein Name und die Adresse incl. EMailadresse übermittelt wird.

The user of cnc-auction.de platform may visit anonymously the auction items entered in the platform and other offers at any time without providing his identity or revealing any personal information about himself.
For you as vendee to actively participate in the auction platform we require some of your personal information. In providing us with your personal information, you accept the transfer and storage of such information on our servers. In connection with your registration and use of cnc-auction.de platform we may collect and store the following personal information:
- Name and address data
- Contact data: e-mail address, telephone etc.
- Information serving for a correct regulation of our fee
- All transactional information based on your activities on cnc-auction.de:
bidding, purchasing, sale history and behaviour - Assessment of your activities by other users
- Access times, IP addresses and selected web pages and offers
- So-called session cookies: small informational data filed on your computer and automatically deleted after logging out.
- These cookies are required in respect of an orderly functioning of our internet-offer. The refusal of cookies by corresponding adjustments in your browser affects the use particularly the user identification on our web pages.
- Items offered by you for sale with all belonging information
Basically any of your personal data will not be forwarded or sold to third parties unless we are forced to disclose personal information to respond to statutory regulations.
Likewise, we reserve the right to forward the required data to authorities, here especially Criminal Investigation Services for the purpose of abusive use on our platform to be resolved and prosecuted and third parties sustained a loss.
I expressly consent to the use of the internet platform "cnc-auction.de" and agree with the following:
- Collection, storage and processing of personal data for the purpose of customer relations between me and CNC-Auction.de. This includes the use of cookies.
- After the end of the auction respectively an offer has been accepted to pass on my name, postal address and particularly my e-mail address to the vendee respectively vendor for the purpose of contract conclusion.
- Collection and electronic data transfer of detailed evidence for the purpose of charging the arising fees.
- Use of the personal information for marketing and information purposes, particularly with the furnishing of newsletters by e-mail on the platform of cnc-auction.de. I have been informed that after logging in to cnc-auction.de. I can change at any time most of my personal information such as: personal data - account - account details - change account data - and what e-mails I would like to receive from cnc-auction.de.
- Publication of the „feedback", i.e. the comments and assessments placed on cnc-auction.de from other users made about me, however, only under my user name.
- Forwarding of data required by authorities and third parties sustained a loss for the purpose of abusive use on our platform to be resolved and prosecuted.
- Forwarding data to third parties, e.g. debt collecting agencies and law offices to the enforcement of paying claims of cnc-auction.de
- Data storage and forwarding as far as this becomes necessary by statutory regulations.
- Use of the stored personal information and user data for the purpose of detection and prosecution of fraudulent use of our platform or use in a breach of the contract. This particularly includes the checking and use of the telephone data and other contact data entered by the user.
- Publication of a list with all items I offered for sale under my user name even after the auction ended respectively the period for placing an offer elapsed.
- I am aware that my name and address including my e-mail address must be forwarded to third parties in order to conclude a contract.
